• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
